How we do recruitment

«Search» Recruitment

 
Search is the active and direct method of identifying, establishing contact with, and evaluating the best possible candidates for a specific position, either as senior manager, department manager, project manager or specialist. It may be in Norway or the Norwegian company's subsidiaries or new establishments abroad.
 
The method is based on our knowledge of business and especially the areas where the right candidates for a position are to be found. We systematically seek the people who can produce results. Such individuals are often highly conscious of their own worth. They rarely respond to ads. They therefore expect to be contacted directly. They will hand picked. Therefore, Search is the right method.

Based on the prepared profiles for the company, the position and the ideal candidate, a comprehensive research process will be undertaken within the areas where the eligible candidates will be presented.

A number of carefully selected candidates are also contacted directly but discreetly. If there is an interest in the position, start a more detailed description of the individual's education, experience and personality. This work often includes personality analyzes (PPAs), as well as obtaining references.
